Information Technology Services Department (ITS) provides the highest levels of IT support and services to the staff and students of the university and its affiliated and amalgamated campuses. Its staff are involved in a diverse number of important roles ranging from managing our Customer Operations, Desktop Support services, Lab Maintenance & Management, LAN Administration, Web Development & Communications, right through to maintaining the Standard Operating Environment for the university. ITS department is dedicated to provide the best services possible to the DWU community. |

The Role of the Help Desk
One of the tasks of the IT Services is to help members of the University to be more productive through the use of the facilities it provides. For the efficient use of the available technology, students may need assistance when they encounter problems with it. We are always willing to assist them. Help Desk
The IT Service Help Desk is available to everyone entitled to use the University Computer Facilities and is the first port of call for any technical queries about the various services available. Help Desk Operation We are open Monday to Friday from 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM. If you have a problem with your login username or password, first you see a technician at the Help Desk. (Behind the library building) If the enquiry is not urgent we suggest that a description of the problem is emailed along with other relevant information to
